Mexican Lime with Tortilla Soup Recipe

Corn tortillas, cut into small pieces (2), chopped jalapeno peppers (1/4c), shredded chicken of other left over meat (1c), chopped tomato (1large), lime slices (4 to garnish), chopped onions (1/3c0, fresh lime juice (2tbsp), low sodium chicken broth (4c).
Method of preparation:-
Take a frying pan, place it over heat. Heat olive oil in it. Fry the strips of tortilla in hot oil until they get crispy and brown and then drain them on paper towel. Now sauté onions and chili in oil in the pan until the onions get tender. Add chicken or turkey and broth in the pan. Cover the pan and keep it to simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. Add tomatoes in the pan and again keep it to simmer for about 5 minutes and then add lime juice in it. When the soup gets ready pour it into hot bowls and add the crispy tortilla chips and then garnish it with lime slices.
