Mexican Corn Chowder Soup Recipe

Ingredients of the Recipe:
1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons margarine, A 16 ounce packet of frozen corn kernels thawed, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 2 cups medium salsa, A 14.5 ounce can of chicken broth, 8 ounces cream cheese softened, 1 1/2 cups chopped onion, 1 teaspoon ground cumin and 1 tablespoon all purpose flour.
Method of Preparation:
Fry onions in margarine in a pan. Add cumain, flour, chili powder, broth, corn and picante sauce. Boil and put aside after removing from heat. Slowly add 1/4 cup of hot mixture to cream cheese. Stir it until it mixes well. Put the mixture of milk and cheese in a pan. Stir until it mixes well. Heat the soup well but make sure not to boil it. Serve afterwards.
