Chicken Liver Soup Sopa De Higaditos De Pollo Recipe

Chicken livers (12), flour (1tbsp), wine (1/2glass), cooking oil, broth (2c), garlic (2cloves), onion (1), salt and pepper, chopped parsley (1tsp).
Method of preparation:-
Take chicken livers, wash them properly and then boil them in water in a pan with half the onion and garlic. Boil it for about 20 minutes. Take half of the onion and chop it and mix it with broth and ¾ of the chicken liver. Blend this mixture in a blender. Take a pot, fry onions in it and then add flour in the pot. Cook it until the onions get golden by stirring it. Now add the ground liver with broth. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Keep the mixture to boil and then add wine, parsley and chopped livers in it. When the soup gets ready then serve it in soup bowls.
