Mexican salad that has a unique taste.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
A 16 ounce bottle Catalina salad dressing, 1 10 ounce package of chopped romaine lettuce, A 16 ounce package corn chips, A 15 ounce can of pinto beans drained, A 15 ounce can of black beans rinsed and drained, 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar and Monterey cheese blend and 2 tomatoes chopped.
Method of Preparation:
Mix the cheese, pinto beans, tomatoes, romaine and black beans. Mix corn chips with dressing in such way that it gets coated evenly. Serve afterwards.
