Quick and Crunchy Taco Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Ground beef (12oz), chopped green onions (1/4c), tortilla chips crumbled (1c about 12 chips), shredded cheddar cheese (1c), chopped tomatoes (2c), Iceberg chopped lettuce (4c), chopped fresh cilantro (1/4c), salsa or Picante sauce (2c), red and green chopped bell peppers (2c).

Method of preparation:-
quick-and-crunchy-taco-saladTake a large non stick frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Cook beef and bell pepper in it until the beef gets brown. Mix it well so that the beef gets crumbled. Add salsa in the pan and then keep it to boil. Mix cilantro in it. Take 4 plates for salad. First place lettuce of 1 cup on each plates and then place meat mixture of 1 cup on the top. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of onions, ¼ cup of chips, ¼ cup of cheese, ½ cup of tomato on each plate of salad. Now serve this salad and enjoy it.
