Pork and Rice Taco Salad Recipe

Ground pork (8 ounces), cooked yellow rice (2c), seeded and chopped tomatoes (2med.), shredded Iceberg lettuce (4c), nonfat sour cream (1/4c), fat free tortilla chips (2c), chopped fresh cilantro (1tbsp0, nonfat cheddar cheese (1/2c), peeled, pitted and diced avocado (1small), cayenne pepper (1/2tsp), sliced red onion (1med.), minced garlic (2cloves).
Method of preparation:-
Take a nonstick frying pan, grease it with cooking spray. Place the pan over medium heat. Add pork in it and cook it for about 8 minutes until the pork gets brown. Drain the pork on the paper towel. Again spray the frying pan with cooking spray. Place the pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic in the pan. Cook them for about 4 minutes or until they get tender. Add rice, pork and cayenne pepper to the pan. Cook them for about 2 minutes by stirring them. Take a large serving salad plate, place pork mixture, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes in it. Take cheese and spread it on the top and then pour the sour cream in the center of the salad. Now sprinkle the cilantro and then serve the salad with tortilla chips.
