Mexican Dinner Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Lean Ground beef (1lb), chopped tomatoes (14 1/2oz can drained), chopped onion (1large), Tostadas (4 Mission), Taco Seasoning mix (1 1/4oz.pkg.), sour cream, olives, cheese cut up black, pasteurized prepared, Velveeta (8oz.pkg.), water (3/4c), rinsed Pinto Beans drained (1can).

Method of preparation:-
mexican-dinner-saladTake a large frying pan, Cook onions and beef in it. Cook it by stirring and until the beef gets crumbles. Now drain it and then again put it in the pan. Add chopped tomatoes of 1 can, ¾ cup of water and seasoning mix in the pan. Cook this mixture until the liquid gets evaporate for about 10 minutes over the medium heat. Then add cheese and pinto beans in the pan. Cook it until the cheese starts melting. When it gets ready then serve it over chopped tomatoes and lettuce in the tortilla shell. Top the salad with sour cream and sliced olives.
