Mexican Cucumber Salad Recipe

Healthy and refreshing salad recipe.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
1/2 teaspoon garlic minced, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 green bell pepper chopped, A 16 ounce can of stewed tomatoes drained and sliced, 1 red bell pepper chopped, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/4 teaspoon dried cilantro, 1 medium cucumber chopped, 1/4 teaspoon salt and A 8.75 ounce can of whole kernel corn drained.
Method of Preparation:
Mix green bell pepper, corn, cucumber, tomatoes, red bell pepper and red wine vinegar. Use black pepper, salt, cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic and cumin. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve afterwards.
