Mexican Corn Salad Recipe

A healthy to eat to salad dish.

Ingredients of the Recipe:
1.  chopped zucchini (1 cup)
2.  whole corn kernels cooked (2 cups)
3.  red bell pepper diced (1)
4.  salsa (1/2 cup)
5. butter (3 tablespoons)
6.  jalapeno pepper seeded and minced (1)
7.  green onions chopped (2)
8.  chopped fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons)

Method of Preparation:
1. Melt butter in a pan. Add zucchini, jalapeno pepper, corn, bell pepper and green onions. Fry them until the vegetables become soft.

2. Put off the gas and refrigerate the vegetables. Mix chopped cilantro and salsa to the prepared mixture and stir well. Use salt and pepper for seasoning.
