Easy to make salad recipe.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
1 red onion chopped, 1 red bell pepper chopped, A 15 ounce can of cannellini beans drained and rinsed, 1 green bell pepper chopped, A 15 ounce can of kidney beans drained, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, A 10 ounce packet of frozen corn kernels, 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 dash hot pepper sauce, 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder and A 15 ounce can of black beans rinsed and drained.
Method of Preparation:
Mix red onion, bell peppers, beans, and frozen corn in a bowl. Whip lemon juice, black pepper, olive oil, salt, red wine vinegar, cilantro, lime juice, sugar, garlic, cumin and black pepper. Use the hot sauce and chili powder for seasoning. Put olive oil mixture on the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for sometime and serve.
