Sweet corn cob (1), sliced capsicum (1), sliced tomato or tomato puree to get tangy flavor (1), sliced white onion (1) and salt (to taste).
To Mixed into a dressing:- Lemon juice, chili powder (2pinches), olive oil (1tbs).
Method of preparation:-
Take sweet corn cob, roast it over direct flame until the corns gets brown coating or slightly burnt. Remove the corns from the cob with a sharp knife. Burnt corns give the smoked flavor in the salad. Take a bowl, mix onions, tomato, capsicum, corn kernels and salt in it. Mix all these properly and then pour the dressing ingredients on the top of salad. Mix them properly. Now serve the salad in the salad plates. The lemon juice dressing adds in the salad gives a tangy flavor.
