Avocado Tomato Egg Salad Recipe

1. Ripe avocados (4large)
2. diced onions (2)
3. diced tomatoes (8)
4. Large head romaine lettuce (1)
5. Cilantro with stems removed and diced (1large bunch)
6. minced garlic (4 cloves)
7. diced radishes (6large)
8. diced red bell pepper (1)
9. diced green bell pepper (1)
10. hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced thinly (8)
Method of preparation:-
1. Take avocados and cut them into halves. Take out the seeds and peel each half of the avocado. Then cut it into small pieces of 1 inch.
2. Take medium size bowl; place the avocado pieces in it. Add onions, tomatoes, radishes, cilantro and garlic, red and green bell peppers in the bowl. Squeeze the lime juice and then sprinkle the salt and pepper. Mix the salad.
3. Cover the salad bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 ours. Take a chilled salad plate, Spread the layer of lettuce. Place the sliced egg on top of each serving and then sprinkle the pepper over it.
