Simple Mexican Rice Recipe

A very simple to cook rice recipe using tomatoes.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
1/4 cup tomato paste, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, 1 cup uncooked short grain white rice, 1 onion chopped, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon chili powder and 1 3/4 cups chicken broth.
Method of Preparation:
Heat up the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the oil in a pan and put garlic and onion in it. Stir it well and cook until the onion becomes translucent. Add to it chili powder, cumin and cook for 30 seconds. Then add tomato paste, rice and chicken broth and allow to boil. Put in an oven safe dish and cover with a lid. Put it in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Take the rice of the oven they become soft. Rest for 5 minutes and the serve.
