Mexican Beef and Rice Recipe

Uncooked instant rice (1- 3/4c), Mexican style tomatoes (1can or 14 1/2oz), black pepper (1/4tsp), frozen whole Kernel corn (1pkg or 10oz), chili powder (1/2tsp), water (1c), salt (1/4tsp), garlic clove (1sm.), dried whole oregano (1/4tsp), tomato juice (1can or 6oz), ground chuck (1lb).
Method of preparation:-
Take a large frying pan, place it over medium heat. Cook the ground chuck in it until the meat gets browned. Stir the meat while cooking to crumble it. Now drain the meat, use paper towels to pat dry it. Wipe out the pan drippings from the frying pan with paper towel. Again place the frying pan over heat. Mix tomatoes and the other ingredients in the pan. Keep this mixture to boil and then cook it for about 2 minutes. Add meat and rice in the pan. Cover the pan and cook the rice until gets cooked. Now take off the pan from heat and keep it for 5 minutes. Before serving the rice, fluff them with a fork.
