All purpose flour (1c), maraschino cherries (10), heavy whipping cream (1pint), evaporated milk (1can) or 12 fluid ounce), sweetened condensed milk (1can or 14 ounces), baking powder (1 1/2tsp), vanilla extract (1tsp), milk (1/3c), egg whites (5), egg yolks (5), white sugar (1c).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a springform pan, butter its bottom and then floured it lightly. Take a bowl, beat egg yolks in it with sugar of 1/3 cup. Then add milk, flour, baking powder and vanilla in it. Take another bowl, beat egg whites in it and then slowly add the sugar of ¼ cup. Beat it again. Mix both the eggs mixture together and then pour this mixture into the springform pan. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 45 to 50 minutes or until the cake gets ready. Keep it to cool for about 10 minutes. Take out the cake from the pan and place it on serving plate. Take a bowl, mix evaporated milk, condensed milk and ¼ cup of whipping cream. Keep 1 cup of mixture in the refrigerator. Slowly pour the remaining mixture over the cake until it gets absorbed. Take out the milk mixture from the refrigerator and whip it until it gets thicken. Pour this cream over the cake to frost it and then garnish it with cherries. Now it is ready to serve.
