Spanish Sugarcoated Peanuts

My favorite recipe. Just can’t stop munching.

Ingredients of the Recipe:
1. Raw Spanish peanuts with skins (4 1/2 cups)
2. water (3/4 cup)
3.  sugar (1 1/2 cup)
4. maple flavoring (1tbsp)
5. salt (1/2tsp)

Method of Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients except salt in a large saucepan  and cook it for 20 minutes.

2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan of 15 x 10 inch. Put salt on it and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.

3. Remove from oven and place on a baking sheet. Cool and store.
