Sopapilla Cheesecake Desserts Recipe

Ingredients
Crescent roll dough (2cans), white sugar (1 1/2c), sliced almond (1/4c), ground cinnamon (1tsp), melted butter (1/2c), white sugar (1/2c), vanilla extract (1 1/2tsp), softened cream cheese (3packages).

Method of preparation:-
sopapilla-cheesecake-dessertsFirst heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a bowl, beat cream cheese with vanilla extract and sugar of 1 ½ cups until the mixture gets smooth. Take crescent roll dough, give the shape of rectangles to each piece of dough. Take a baking dish, place one rectangular piece of dough in it and press it. Spread the mixture of cream cheese into the dish. Place another piece of crescent dough to cover the mixture. Apply the melted butter on the top of the cheesecake. Take a small bowl, mix the remaining sugar of ½ cup, almonds and cinnamon in it. Then sprinkle this mixture over the cheesecake. Place the dish in the oven and bake it for about 45 minutes until the cakes turn golden brown in color and get puffed. Keep the cheesecakes to cool and then cut into squares.
