Mexican Elephant Ears Recipe

Ingredients of the Recipe:
1. 7 inch flour tortillas (Ten)
2. ground cinnamon (2 tsp)
3. sugar (1 1/2c)
4. oil (for frying)
Method of Preparation:
1. Mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Heat 1/2 oil in pan. Place only one tortilla at a time in the pan. Fry it for 5 seconds and then turn and then again fry for 10 more seconds.
2. Take them out when they turn brown. Put them in the sugar mixture and coat evenly. Serve immediately.
