Mexican Elephant Ears Recipe

A fun to make recipe for a large group.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
Ten 7 inch flour tortillas, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 1/2 cups sugar and oil for frying.
Method of Preparation:
Mix sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Heat 1/2 oil in pan. Place only one tortilla at a time in the pan. Fry it for 5 seconds and then turn and then again fry for 10 more seconds. Take them out when they turn brown. Put them in the sugar mixture and coat evenly. Serve immediately.
