Mexican Chocolate Cake Recipe

A very easy to make chocolate cake.

Ingredients of the Recipe:
1. eggs (5)
2. unsweetened cocoa powder (3/4 cup)
3. baking soda (3/4 tsp)
4. vanilla extract (2 tsp)
5. baking powder (3/4 tsp)
6. butter melted (1 cup)
7. salt (1/2 tsp)
8. white sugar (2 cups)
9. unsweetened cocoa powder (3 tbsp)
10. water (1/4 cup)
11. evaporated milk (1 cup)
12. a can of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce)
13.  a can of evaporated milk (12 ounce)
14. all purpose flour (2 cups)
15. butter (1/2 cup)

Method of Preparation:
1. Heat up the oven to 350 degrees F. Over medium heat, combine a cup of evaporated milk and the 3/4 cup of cocoa in a pan. Dissolve the cocoa in  heat and allow to rest.

2. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a pan. Add water, vanilla, eggs, melted butter and the cocoa mixture.

3. Mix thoroughly and spread evenly in the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

For chocolate icing:
1. Mix the remaining evaporated milk, 3 tablespoon cocoa, condensed milk and butter and cook while stirring constantly.

2. Remove from heat when the mixture becomes thick and paste like. Spread over cake.
