Mexican Apple Cake Recipe

Easy to make and delicious apple cake.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
3 cups all purpose flour, 2 cups white sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon ound nutmeg, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup chopped walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, 2 1/2 cups apples peeled, cored and diced, 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil, 1 cup raisins, A 16 ounce can of cream cheese frosting and 3 eggs beaten.
Method of Preparation:
Heat up the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a tube pan. Mix oil, vanilla and sugar and beat with eggs. Put through a sieve the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour in the egg mixture and add the apples, nuts and raisins. Put in a pan and bake for 1 1/2 hrs. Cool and cover with cream cheese icing. Sprinkle chopped nuts on the top.
