Fresh Fruit with Cinnamon Vanilla Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
Assorted fresh fruit, apple grapes, papayas, mangoes, strawberries and peaches (6c), cornstarch (2tbsp), vanilla extract (1 1/2tsp), carmation evaporated milk (1can or 12 oz), granulated sugar (1/2c), cinnamon sticks (2), ground cinnamon (optional).

Method of preparation:-
fresh-fruit-with-cinnamon-vanilla-sauceTake a sauce pan of medium size, mix cornstarch, sugar and cinnamon sticks in it. Slowly mix the evaporated milk in it. Place the pan over medium heat and cook the mixture until it starts boiling and gets thicken. Cook it by stirring it constantly. Take off the pan from heat and then take out the cinnamon stick from the mixture. Mix vanilla extract in it. Place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until it gets chilled. Place the fruit on serving dish. Spread sauce on the top and then sprinkle cinnamon on it.

Makes about 6 servings
