Cinnamon Grilled Banana with Mexican Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
1. Ripe bananas, unpeeled (4)
2. coarsely chopped Mexican chocolate (1/2c)
3. sugar (1tsp)
4. ground Mexican cinnamon, canela (1/2tsp)
5. premium quality ice cream or dulce de leche flavor ice cream (8 small scoops)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take unpeeled bananas, first cut them lengthwise and then crosswise. Make four pieces of each banana. Keep them aside.

2. Mix cinnamon with sugar in a bowl and sprinkle it on the cut side of bananas. Keep the bananas for about 5 minutes. Now place the bananas on the cooking grate with cut side down. Grill them for about 2 minutes.

3. Turn the sides of bananas with tongs and again grill them for 5 minutes or until the skin of bananas pulls away from them.

4. Take a serving plate, place two banana halves on it without skin. Put ice cream of about 2 scoops on the top of each serving. Then spread the crumble chocolate on the ice cream and then serve it immediately.
