Cinnamon Apple Flautas with Caramel Sauce Recipe

Flour tortillas (6 about 6-inch), sugar,divided (3tbsp), whipped cream, Marzetti’s Caramel Apple Dip (1/2c), fresh lemon juice (1tsp), Washington Fuji apples, peeled cored and thinly sliced (3), butter (3tbsp), ground cinnamon (1/2tsp).
Method of preparation:-
First heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Take a small bowl, mi x sugar of 2 tablespoon and cinnamon in it. Keep the bowl aside. Take a large frying pan, melt butter in it and then apply the butter on one side of each tortilla. Now spread sugar and cinnamon mixture on the buttered side of tortillas. Turn over the tortills and apply butter on it and spread mixture. Keep the left over butter in the frying pan. Take a baking sheet, place the tortillas on it. Place the sheet in oven and bake it for 1 minute just to warm the tortillas. Take out the sheet from oven and then roll the warmed tortillas to give them the shape of a tube. Place the rolled tortillas on sheet with seam side down and again place the sheet in oven. Bake them for about 6 to 8 minutes until they turn lightly brown in color and gets crispy. Meanwhile sauté apples with sugar in left over butter in the frying pan over high heat until they get tender and lightly brown. Take off the pan from heat and then mix the lemon juice in it. Before serving, put the warm apples on the tortillas. Take caramel mixture, warm it in microwave nfor about 15 seconds and then spread it over the flautas . Then spread the whipped cream on the top.
