Mini Mexican Chicken Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1. Large chicken breast, cooked and shredded (1)
2. pie crusts (4)
3. chopped black olives (1/2 sm can)
4. Colby jack cheese (1/2c)
5. salt (1/4tsp)
6. onion powder (1tsp)
7. sour cream (1/4c)
8. salsa (1/2c)
9. diced green chillies (1can)

Method of preparation:-
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Take pie crusts, cut 12 3-inch circles from the pie crust and 12 4-inch circles.

2. Take a bowl, mix all in ingredients in it. Place about 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture in the center of small pie crust circles. Moisten the edges with water and then place the larger circles on the top.

3. Crimp the edges with fork to keep the top crust from coming off of the smaller circle during baking. Pierce the top with fork. Bake it at 400 degrees F for about 15 minutes or until it gets lightly brown.
