Mexican Chicken with Hot Salsa Recipe

Chicken cut into pieces (1kg), Tomato ketchup (1/2 cup), white vinegar (2tbsp), green capsicum (2 small size), chopped onion (2 med. Size), chopped green chilies (6), chopped tomatoes (2), oil (1/2c), salt (1tsp), green chili paste (as required), black pepper powder (1tsp), red chili sauce (2tsp), red chili powder (2tsp), ginger garlic paste (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
For Salsa:- Take a bowl, put vinegar, red chili powder, tomato ketchup, green chili paste, chili sauce, black pepper powder in it. Mix all the ingredients well and then keep the bowl aside.
For chicken:- Take a frying pan, add half cup of oil in it. Heat the oil and then add chicken pieces in it and then fry them for about 3 minutes. Add ginger and garlic paste and again fry them for anout 5 minutes. When the chicken gets half fried then add red chili powder, black pepper powder and salt and then cook it over low heat. Cook the chicken until it gets completely fried. Add onions, tomatoes and capsicum in the pan. Cook it for about 5 minutes. Now add the hot salsa, cover the pan and keep it to cook on low heat. Cook it for few minutes. When it gets ready then serve it with green chillies. Serve it with boiled rice or chapatti.
