Add spices to make this chicken extra hot.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
A 20 ounce jar of salsa, 6 skinless chicken breast halves, 1 large red bell pepper, chopped, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 cloves crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons chili powder, 2 tablespoons ground cumin, and 2 fifteen ounce cans of black beans rinsed and drained.
Method of Preparation:
Heat up the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the chicken pieces on the baking dish. Mix the garlic, salsa, lemon juice, chili powder, red bell pepper and cumin. Use this mixture to cover the chicken. Also add the black beans and put on the chicken to cover it. Put the chicken in the oven and bake. Cook for an hour and a half. Serve with rice.
