Mexican Chicken and Black Bean Salad Recipe

Spicy mexican flavour and cheese make this recipe a complete melt in the mouth.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream, An 8 ounce can of low sodium tomato sauce, 1/2 cup salsa, 1/4 cup water, 2 four ounce piece frozen skinless chicken breast halves, A 1 ounce packet taco seasoning, 4 cups baby spinach leaves, 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend and A 15.5 ounce can of black beans.
Method of the Preparation:
Heat up the oven to 375 degrees F and grease the baking dish. Put the chicken breasts in the dish. In a bowl, mix the taco seasoning, sauce and water and pour the mixture on the chicken. Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Place equal amount of spinach in two plates and put the chicken breasts on the spinach and black beans on each of the pieces. Put the salsa, sour cream and cheese on top of each piece and serve.
