Lime Chicken and Cinnamon Recipe

This recipe has all the ingredients to make it an absolute favourite in the family.

Ingredients of the Recipe:

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, 4 skinless chicken breast halves, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 cup canola oil, 1 large yellow onion chopped, 2 large baking potatoes peeled and cubed, 1 large clove garlic peeled and minced, 1 lime juiced, 12 six inch corn tortillas warmed and 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno peppers.

Method of Preparation:

Heat up the oven to 400 degrees F. Put the potatoes in a baking dish. Pour in 1/2 the oil and do the seasoning with the salt. Then place it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. In the mean time, Use the salt, cinnamon and pepper for the seasoning of the chicken. Put these in another baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool and then cut into pieces. Over medium heat, heat the oil that was left behind. Fry the onion and garlic in it until it becomes soft. Add the chicken, jalapeno and lime juice into it and cook well until it gets heated throughly. Serve in warmed tortillas.
