Dijon Grilled Chicken Tacos Recipe

Boneless, skinless breast of chicken (1lb), red sliced onion (1large), lettuce (optional), sliced yellow red or green bell peppers (3), garlic powder (1/4tsp), crushed Tarragon leaves (1/2tsp0, lemon juice (2tbsp), dry white wine (1c), Dijon mustard (1/2c), fat free soft taco size flour Tortillas warmed (1pkg.).
Method of preparation:-
Take a medium size bowl, add mustard, lemon juice, wine, garlic powder and tarragon leaves in it. Mix them and then keep aside the 1/3 cup of it for later. Add the chicken to the remaining sauce and mix the chicken to coat it properly. Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Place the chicken in the grill and grill it for 5 to 10 minutes on each side until it gets cooked. P0lace the vegetables on the grill last 5 minutes of cooking. Cut the chicken into strips. Place the chicken and vegetables in warm tortillas and serve them with reserved sauce and chopped lettuce. Spread cheese or sour cream on the top.
