Chicken Taquitos Recipe

Cheese and salsa give these crispy chicken taquitos that special taste.
Ingredients of the Recipe:
1 cup guacamole, 1 1/2 cups shredded smoked Cheddar and Swiss cheese blend,4 skinless chicken breast halves cooked and shredded, A 7 ounce can green salsa, 1 cup chunky salsa, 20 six inch corn tortillas, 1 quart peanut oil for frying, 1 cup chopped onion and 1 cup sour cream.
Method of Preparation:
Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Cream together cheese, onion, shredded chicken and green salsa. On the tortillas put just enough mixture so that each becomes 1 inch wide on being rolled up. Make sure that the filing does not come towards the ends or else it will start to fall out. Seal the rolls using the toothpicks. Fry the rolls until they turn brown and see to it that all the rolls get cooked evenly. The taquitos become crisp on cooling. Use paper towels to remove the excessive oil. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
