Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

1. Chicken, boiled and shredded (120gms)
2. grated cheese (100gms)
3. chopped coriander leaves (4-5tbsp)
4. chilly flakes (1tbsp)
5. oregano (1tbsp)
6. cumin or jeera powder (1tbsp)
7. finely chopped onion (1)
8. oil (2tbsp+for frying)
9. hot water (to make dough)
10. salt (to taste)
11. maize flour (1c or 100 gms)
12. plain flour or Maida (1c or 80 gms)
13. Maggie chili garlic sauce
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a large bowl, mix maize flour, maida, ½ teaspoon of salt in the bowl. Add hot water in it to make the pliable dough.
2. Take a pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oil in it and lightly sauté the chopped onion in it. Add chicken, Maggie oriental chili garlic sauce, oregano, jeera powder, coriander, chili flakes. Adjust the salt in it. Take it off from the fire and then the grated cheese in it.
3. Take dough, divide it into 8 portions. Roll each portion into chapatti. Cook it on one side and then turn. Now divide the chicken filling into 8 portions and then place the one portion on chapatti on the tawa. Now fold the chapatti into half. Fry it on hot tawa with little oil on both sides until get crispy. Make more chapattis and serve hot with salsa sauce.
