Milk Chocolate Almond Brickle Recipe

Ingredients
Milk chocolate Morsels (1 3/4c), butter (1c or 2 sticks), packed brown sugar (1 1/2c), toasted and coarsely chopped almonds (1 1/4c).

Method of preparation:-
milk-chocolate-almond-brickleTake a baking pan, grese it properly. Take a heavy saucepan, place it over medium heat. Melt butter in it and then add sugar in it. Keep it to boil for about 7 minutes by stirring the mixture. When the mixture gets slightly thickens then pour it over the chopped nuts in a bowl. Keep the bowl aside for about 5 minutes and then spread the morsels on the top of the almond mixture. Keep the bowl aside for about 5 minuts until the morsels get soft and shiny. Then place it in the refrigerator to chill for about 20 minutes and then break the chilled mixture into bite size pieces.
Makes about 50 pieces.
