Mexican Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
Semisweet chocolate chips (1 ½ c), Mexican chocolate, finely chopped (1 disc or 3.1 ounces), ground cinnamon (1tsp), miniature marshmallows (2c), evaporated milk (2/3c), butter (2tbsp), salt (1/2tsp), granulated sugar (1 2/3c), vanilla extract (1tsp), cayenne pepper (1/8tsp optional).

Method of preparation:-
mexican-chocolate-fudgeTake a bowl; put chocolate chips and the marshmallows in the bowl. Mix them and then keep the bowl aside. Now take a baking pan, spread the thin sheet on the pan and then grease it with cooking spray. Take a saucepan of medium size place it over medium heat. Add milk, butter, cayenne, cinnamon and salt in it. Cook them by stirring until the sugar gets dissolve. Keep this mixture to boil for about 5 minutes by stirring it. Now take of the pan from the heat. Mix chocolate chips, vanilla and marshmallow in it. Mix them thoroughly until the mixture get combined. Now pour this mixture into the greased baking pan and flatten the top. Keep it to cool at room temperature. Spread the chopped Mexican chocolate on the top. Now keep it in the refrigerator to set it. When the fudge gets set then cut it into squares and then serves them.
