Hazelnut Chocolate Bites Recipe

Whole toasted skinned hazelnuts (25), heavy cream (1/2c), semi-sweet chocolate chips (2c0, butter cut into small pieces (1.5), toasted skinned hazelnuts, ground finely (1/2c), cocoa powder (for dusting).
Method of preparation:-
Take a cookie sheet, spread the thin paper or aluminium foil in it. Take a bowl of medium size, put semi sweet chocolate chips in it. Take a small saucepan, place it over medium heat. Add cream in it and keep it to simmer. When the bubbles appears on the pan then take off the pan from the heat. Now pour this hot cream over the chocolate chips in the bowl. Keep the bowl for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix the cream with the chocolate chips and then put the chopped butter on the top and mix it until the mixture gets smooth. Now add the hazelnuts and mix them well. Keep the mixture to cool at room temperature and then place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to get hard. Take some mixture and make the balls of it and then place the balls on cookie sheet. Place one halzelnut on the top of each ball. Place the hazelnut chocolate bites in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave. Take out the bites from the refrigerator and dip them into the melted chocolate and again place them in the cookie sheet and again place the candies in the refrigerator to get set before serving them.
