Mexican Steak with Chile Rice Recipe

Sirloin steak, trimmed of fat (1pound), non stick cooking spray, salt (1/4tsp), ground chipotle chile powder (1tsp), dried oregano (1tsp), garlic powder (1tsp), ground cumin (2tsp), boil-in-bag long-grain rice (1bag), sour cream (optional), shredded lettuce, lime wedges (4), flour tortillas (4).
Method of preparation:-
First Prepare broiler and then prepare rice according to the package instructions. Omitting salt. While the rice cooks, mix the ground cumin, oregano, garlic powder, chipotle chile powder and salt in the bowl. Now rub this mixture over both sides of steak. Spray the non stick cooking spray on a broiler pan. Now broil the steaks for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the broiler and keep it for 5 minutes. Cut the steak across grain into thin slices. Mix the rice and tomatoes. Place the beef slices on the tortillas, sour cream, lettuce and squeeze of lime. Then serve it with rice mixture.
