Beef Burrito Recipe

1. Ground beef (2lbs)
2. cumin (2tsp)
3. paprika (2tbsp)
4. flour tortillas (1 pkg.)
5. diced onion (1/2med.)
6. diced bell pepper (1/2)
7. garlic powder (1tsp)
8. cumin (1tsp)
9. paprika (2tbsp)
10. chili powder (2tbsp)
11. salt (1tsp)
For garnishing
1. Lettuce
2. tomato
3. avocado
All these three garnishing ingredients are used as desired.
Method of preparation:-
1. Take a 2 quart sauce pan, add ground beef, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic and salt in it. Add enough water to cover the meat and keep it to boil. Now keep it to simmer over medium heat for about an hour.
2. Then add chopped onion and chopped bell pepper and cook it for 20 to 30 more minutes. Heat the flour tortillas on hot griddle for 10 seconds. Put beef even down center of each tortilla, sprinkle the cheese over it and roll it up.
3. Serve with sour cream and salsa. Spread lettuce, tomato and avocado on the top of each serving.
